Other cookies remain on your computer and cause us to recognize your terminal device during your next visit (so-called persistent or permanent cookies).

The next time you visit our website with the same terminal device, the information stored in cookies will be read either by our website ("first party cookie") or by another website to which the cookie belongs ("third party cookie").

These cookies are automatically deleted from your system after a preset period of time, which differs depending on the cookie.

Through the stored and returned information, the respective website recognizes that you have already called up and visited it with the browser of your end device.

We use this information to optimally design and display the website according to your preferences. Only the cookie itself is identified on your end device.

If you have not made or do not make any deviating settings, cookies that enable or are intended to ensure the required technical functions remain on your end device until you close the browser, other cookies may remain on your end device for longer (maximum 6 months).

To safeguard your privacy, you should regularly check the cookies on your respective end device as well as your browsing history and delete them yourself.

SSL or TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties (end-to-end encryption). The protocols authenticate the communication partner and ensure the integrity of the transported data.

Contact Options (Form / Email)

On our website, there is the possibility to contact us by email or via contact forms (e.g. to request offers).

In this context, personal data from you will be stored and processed for the purpose of communication.
The data collected for this purpose (full name, company, address, telephone number and email address) will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent.

The contact form is sent encrypted using TLS technology. The encryption serves to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data by third parties. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO, if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the requests addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO).

The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your request). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Newsletter

On our website you have the possibility to register for a newsletter, which will be sent by email. The dispatch to your email address is based on your personal registration with subsequent confirmation (double opt-in), with which you consent to the newsletter dispatch.

For the dispatch of the newsletter, we store your email address as well as your first and last name and the lists you have subscribed to. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for this results from Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO. For sending the newsletter, we store your email address as well as your first and last name and the lists you have subscribed to. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Our newsletter system has a function that allows us to track at what time which recipients have opened the newsletter. This data is stored and used to evaluate the reach of individual campaigns.

Revocation of Consent

You can object to the use of your data at any time with effect for the future. You will find a way to unsubscribe from the newsletter at the end of each newsletter mail or by clicking the following link https://www.keytechplm.com/news/newsletter/unsubscribe-newsletter.html

By clicking "Join", you confirm that you will not record or screen capture this session either.

You can end the session at any time by simply closing the browser window or exiting the program or app. If your contact ends the session, your session participation will automatically end as well.

The legal basis for the processing of data for the registration, implementation and billing of the webinars we offer is Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO.

Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site, if you have consented to the use of cookies for marketing purposes.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

IP anonymization is active on this website. However, by activating IP anonymization through the -anonymizeIP function on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data from Google.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. The data will be deleted after 14 months.

Google Doubleclick

We use the online marketing method Google "DoubleClick" to place ads in the Google advertising network (e.g., in search results, in videos, on web pages, etc.). DoubleClick is characterized by the fact that ads are displayed in real time based on presumed user interests. This allows us to display ads for and within our online offering in a more targeted manner to present users only with ads that potentially match their interests.

If, for example, a user is shown ads for products he or she was interested in on other online offers, this is referred to as "remarketing". For these purposes, when our website and other websites on which the Google advertising network is active are called up, a code is executed directly by Google and so-called (re)marketing tags (invisible graphics or code, also referred to as "web beacons") are integrated into the website. With their help, an individual cookie, i.e. a small file, is stored on the user's device (comparable technologies can also be used instead of cookies). This file records which web pages the user has visited, which content the user is interested in and which offers the user has clicked on, as well as technical information about the browser and operating system, referring web pages, time of visit and other information about the use of the online offer.

The IP address of the user is also recorded, whereby this is shortened within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and only in exceptional cases is transferred in full to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The aforementioned information may also be combined on the part of Google with such information from other sources. If the user subsequently visits other websites, he may be shown ads tailored to his interests based on his user profile.

The user's data is processed pseudonymously within the Google advertising network. This means that Google does not store and process the name or email address of the user, for example, but processes the relevant data on a cookie basis within pseudonymous user profiles. I.e. from Google's perspective, the ads are not managed and displayed for a specifically identified person, but for the cookie holder, regardless of who this cookie holder is. This does not apply if a user has expressly allowed Google to process the data without this pseudonymization. The information collected by Google marketing services about users is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA.

The legal basis for the use of Google DoubleClick is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1. p. 1 lit. a DSGVO, insofar as you give us your consent to this when you first call up the page.

Since there is no EU Commission adequacy decision for the transfer of personal data to the USA, we have concluded standard data protection clauses with Google in the sense of Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c DSGVO.

For further information on data use by Google, setting and objection options, please refer to Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads) as well as the settings for the display of advertisements by Google (https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated).
