Not only every product, but every document which belongs to the product, passes different states during its lifecycle. The actual status affects, who can see it, load or change a product, a bill of material or a document. keytech provides the tools for an easy management of status changes. Every status change can be assigned an action which will allocate information or advance the process. For example, by releasing a drawing the automatic creation and publishing of a PDF or TIF file can follow.
