Manage Email Data with Drag and Drop 

Easily manage your email with our new Email Drag & Drop functionality from Outlook to keytech PLM. Archiving email content is quick and easy with keytech PLM either drag and drop the email into keytech or simply link a project folder from keytech directly to the email folder in Outlook automatically synchronizing all emails in that folder.  In Outlook the emails are automatically flagged indicating that they are now archived in keytech

Project Based Email Addresses 

Managing email content directly in a project or project folder in keytech PLM has never been easier. Projects and project sub-folders can have their own email address in keytech.  Internal users of keytech PLM as well as outside vendors can send emails directly to a project .  Your keytech PLM software collects all project specific emails automatically in the predefined folders.

Now, sending a document from keytech to an Outlook user no longer requires them to be inside the PLM system to manage the document. They will be able to see their emails independent of the keytech system.

Manage Workflow via Email

With keytech PLM's email capabilities you can also manage workflows from inside your Outlook Mailbox. Manage requests for status changes on the fly and realize the benefits of increased productivity and efficiency without being required to log into PLM system.  Status change request can be managed quickly and easily from within your email environment.
